At about 2400 masl, Hatib coffee is able to nurture and gain amazing complexity flavors. That, along with a natural drying process, allows the coffee cherries to then develop into an amazing cup of coffee.
Coffee husk or other wise known as, Cascara, develops through the natural drying process which allows the coffee beans to fully dry under the sun without the need of wetting or wet hulling. This allows the coffee beans to absorb all flavors encircled within the Cascara for optimal flavor until it is completely dried and separated from the bean.
