How to claim your item:

make a purchase and leave your review at:

2) Google Store Review and/or

3) Amazon.com

1. If you made your purchase through our website (www.hatibcoffee.com) directly, You will receive a Review Request from HATIB™ in your inbox after 14 days (standard practice).

2. Follow the steps provided in the email to submit your review.

3. You can also choose to leave us a google review HERE or in Amazon under your purchased item (if your purchase was processed through Amazon) and return here to follow steps 4 through 10 to receive your gift

4. After leaving your review;

5. Fill out the form below with all the required information (name, email, address, original purchase date, order number, and a snapshot of your review). Please use the same information you used to make your purchase, it will expedite the process further.

6. Submit the form.

7. You will receive an automated confirmation of your form submission (allow 1-2 days to receive a “received and reviewing confirmation email” from our team)

8. Our internal team will review and confirm the information provided in the form and respond back to you with a congratulatory email and tracking information for your free item of choice.

9. If we are unable to confirm the information provided due to inaccuracies, our team will contact you, and provide a chance to correct any inaccuracies or provide information on how you can qualify to receive a free item from us.

10. Please note this process can take up to 1-2 weeks (shipping included) depending on our ability to confirm the information you provide.
