Our founder recognized that coffee’s true quality and flavor were being lost to mass commercialization. Remembering traditional harvest care and small-batch roasting that preserve aroma and character, he set out to restore those standards using modern expertise. Trained as a Master Roaster and barista, he combined traditional insight with technical mastery to develop roasting profiles that highlight each bean’s natural sweetness, acidity, and complexity.

At HATIB we source specialty coffees with rigorous attention to origin, processing, and traceability, then roast them in-house to precise profiles tailored to each lot. The result is coffee that honors heritage while meeting contemporary expectations for consistency and clarity.
