Shipping and Return Policy
PRODUCTS PURCHASED FOR CONSUMPTION:
At Hatib we intend not only to provide the best quality products available, but also the best in customer service.
Due to health risks and other concerns, consumable products do not qualify for returns and are considered FINAL SALE if:
1) Shipping label created or Product(s) has/have shipped,
2) Product(s) was/were received by customer,
3) Product(s) has/have been opened and removed from original packaging and seal opened.
You can contact our customer service team here if you wish to cancel your order under this policy.
Our team operates 24/7 to provide the best in customer service experience.
If the above is true (numbers 1-3), but you are dissatisfied with our product please contact us here with your queries and our team will do their best in assisting you and guaranteeing your satisfaction.
WHOLESALE ORDERS:
There are no returns on wholesales as products for consumption are non-refundable.
You may cancel your wholesale order within 12 hours to receive a full refund. A restocking and operational fee of up to 20% plus a transaction fee of 6% will apply prior to refunds being issued.
To guarantee your satisfaction, we encourage all of our wholesale customers to first sample our products. Samples are available for purchase under each product type and category in our wholesale page. Or you can simply order our products from our store.
INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE ORDERS:
We currently do not ship international for wholesales orders. But, if this is something you are interested on please reach out to us by clicking here. If you are already a wholesales member contact us through the wholesales contact us form found in your wholesales page tabs.
MERCH AND OTHER NONE FOODS/CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS:
Returns accepted within 7 days after receiving your purchase under the following conditions:
1) Product(s) is/are unopened and unused.
2) Customer is responsible for return shipping label and packaging cost.
3) Products are received as new.
SERVICES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
Services cancelled qualify for a full refund minus a transaction fee of 5.8% OR 6.4% + .60¢ (based on card payment method) if cancellation is made within 48-72hours but before 24 hours of services are scheduled to be rendered.
Services cancelled under less than 24 hours of scheduled service date and time will receive a 50% refund minus transaction fee of 5.8% OR 6.4% + .60¢ (based on card payment method).
Digital products do not qualify for refunds.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Our fulfillment team will ensure to deliver your purchase within 2-3 business days or as described in your selected shipping method (excluding the items that are defined to have shorter/longer shipping time and excluding handling time) through UPS, USPS and other domestic carriers within USA. and DHL and FedEx for international shipping. International shipping delivery time varies from country to country and place of origin.
At HATIB™, we strive to ensure that every order is processed efficiently. However, please note that handling times may vary based on our warehousing fulfillment network operations. Handling times are between 1 to 10 business days, depending on product category (coffees and teas having the fastest turn outs) We appreciate your understanding as we work to deliver the highest quality specialty coffee and product to you.
Shipping information will be given to the customer when products have been shipped.
Please be advised that carrier delays may occur during the delivery process of your order and that its beyond our ability to control, such as, during inclement weather, logistics and technical issues, and peak seasons such as Christmas, 4th of July, and other national and federal holidays. These delays may cause your package to arrive at a later date than the original delivery date.
Please be advised of changes in your delivery date when a delivery a date falls on a weekend, as some carriers do not or may not deliver on weekends depending on conditions. Your package will then be delivered on the next business day.
LOST OR STOLEN PRODUCTS
HATIB is not responsible for lost or stolen products after marked as delivered by carrier. Ensure to use the correct desired address when choosing your shipping method.
NOTICE
1) We will help you create a return label (at customer’s expense) and provide you with the right return address information.
2) Products returned will NOT be accepted if:
a) Sent without prior notice
b) Sent without a return request directly from our customer service team.
3) Customers must present proof of purchase to our customer service team to approve a return and issue a refund.
4) Customers will receive a full refund in the amount of the original purchase price of the qualifying product, minus any applicable fees. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN AND REFUND:
1) A transaction fee of up to 5.8% OR 6.4% (DEPENDING ON CARD PAYMENT METHOD) + .60¢ will apply to the total refund amount
2) When applicable, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
3) A restocking fee of 10% (of standard orders) and up to 20% (of wholesales orders) of the purchased item cost may apply.
4) When applicable, returns will be issued ONLY after we receive the return product(s) and a full inspection of the unopened and unused product(s) has been completed by our fulfillment team or an order cancellation request has been received and approved.
